Ingredients:
1 tbsp Butterfly Blue Pea tea powder
1/2 cup chia seeds
13.5 oz can coconut milk (no guar gum)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Yacon syrup, to taste
Garnish: bee pollen, fresh berries, banana slices
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, Butterfly Blue Pea tea powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and yacon syrup until smooth.
Stir in chia seeds, mixing well to prevent clumps. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
