  • Before a Kambo session, you must prepare your body with a 12-hour fast and it is encouraged to eat a nourishing and clean diet for three days prior. A Kambo ceremony is typically conducted in a serene and supportive environment. The session begins with setting an intention and preparing your body with hydration. After the Kambo application, you may experience intense physical and emotional purging, which is a natural part of the detoxification process. The entire session usually lasts a few hours, and participants often report feeling lighter, clearer, and more energized afterward.

The mixture is carefully prepared and administered through the nose using a special applicator.
